art block sucks, does anyone seeing this have any good ways of overcoming it?

Sometimes i look at the work my favorite artists do and try to take something away from it in some way, like doing a technique or commotion type they do
Redrawing a screenshot from a cartoon or movie you like
try not to push yourself to hard because if you force yourself to make art while on artblock your only make pieces that are rushed or look back on poorly, at least thats how i feel.
